ERRATUM TO EXTEND CLOSING DATE
Tenders are currently being invited for the following:
Invitation to RFQ: Ekurhuleni West TVET College Cafeteria Operations
Ekurhuleni West TVET College hereby issues an erratum in respect of the
above-mentioned RFQ.
The amended tender dates are as follows:
Prospective bidders are informed that the closing date for the submission of bids
has been extended from 30 September 2026 at 11h00 to 04 December 2026 at 11h00.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged to allow all interested bidders with an
equal opportunity to participate in the bidding process.
The College invites qualified and experienced service providers to
submit proposals for the operation and management of the College Cafeteria at
Alberton, Boksburg, Germiston, Kathorus, Kempton and Tembisa Campus.

Proposal Submission
Proposals must be submitted at Ekurhuleni West TVET College Corporate Centre,
Cnr Flag & Rose Innes Roads, Germiston 1400.
Bidders are required to sign the submission register using the name of the company
on whose behalf the proposal is being submitted.
Closing Date:
Friday, 30 September 2026 (no late submissions will be accepted).
